I have a bit of a confession to make. I hit what is best described as a writer’s block on Wednesday when I sat down to write the next blog. This is, thankfully, very rare for me but it persisted through Thursday as I started to feel the accumulative exhaustion of the emotional week that had been, and the heat of intending to put out a blog Friday as usual. No words or ideas came, nothing took hold. It started to feel stressful rather than stimulating, demanding rather than a good challenge.
Before I let myself get too far down that road I pulled up and asked myself a question. What would I do if this feeling crept in when I was working with a horse? The answer is simple.
